INCORRECTLY QUOTED BY FEDHEALTH CONSULTANT

The end of January we decided to add another dependant onto our medical aid. We started the process and eventually on the 25/02/2013 was advised that the dependant Stephanie Cronje was added successfully. Phoned Fedhealth the same day to find out what the monthly instalment would be as we needed to budget as most people do, and was advised that it would cost R3400 per month for the 3 of us. What a big surprise when R4422 was deducted off my account! Phoned Fedhealth and spoke to Rose Ref#030413QV7MYX and was advised that YES indeed the consultant gave me the WRONG information! I was furious and wanted to speak to a supervisor (who all left according to Rose) Phoned again 4/4/13 and the consultant advised that Dennis (supervisor) will phone back by COB.Still waiting!! Phoned again 5/4/13 spoke to Antoinette Ref#050413QVBP58 and was advised that yes the consultant messed up. Spoke to Melissa (supervisor) and she advised that yes the consultant gave incorrect information. He will be dealt with? My insurance bounced this month due to FEDHEALTH and I am expected to just be OK with it? I was UNDER QUOTED and OVER Charged! This is NOT good enough! CONSUMER ACT
