I called in this morning into the box office call centre, where I was experiencing a problem with loading my movies. I spoke to lebo whom said the problem culd be from my side, but as I clearly stated that I had been on box office recently and it was working fine, but due the lack of listening skills, she was adamant there was nothing she could do and I must wait 48 hours, which is unacceptable for me. I then asked to speak to the manager, whereby I held on the line for 10 minutes. I eventually spoke to an un informed man by the name of lebo, whom just left a bitter taste in my mouth. He told me that I must read the trems and conditions which " apparently" state that box office can upgrade at any given time and that you may lose the movies. Which to my knowledge is news to me. I have been a loyal client of multi choice for 5 years, and I spend over R12000 with you in a year, and making your problems mine is just unacceptable. I just think you dont care about customers as you are making millions and losing one customer wont hurt you at all.
