I'm extremely disappointed with the service I have been receiving from the DSTV call centre over the past few days. Firstly my decoder seems to be giving numerous errors. The 1st was regarding 'no communication from primary decoder' that I get daily, and when I phone in no solution is provided. The 2nd is 'tvlink overload'. I have been trying to phone in for the past 2 days, either the telephony doesn't work properly and the options are incorrect or the phone keeps hanging up after holding on for a minimum of 10 mins at a time, for the phone hangs up as a consultant is picking up or the consultant cannot help me because they have, kt been trained in the service that I need. I am highly upset, especially over the costs I have had to incur and not being able to see my query resolved! I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years and demand better service than what I have received!
