My TopTV Still Not Re-activated Paid R270

I'm so very disappointed in TopTV and their staff these days, after I paid my monthly subscription my account got disconnected so I called 3 times to hear what what was going on, after being put on hold every time for 30 minutes my airtime was almost finished again but all the call centre agents do is ask me the same questions over and over! I also send many e-mails asking for assistance with the proof of payment attached in the e-mail messages as well as faxed the proof of payment 3 times but nothing, so what now?! I'm utterly disgusted in TopTV's service! Pathetic!
