So this is my series of events:

1. Got DSTV Drifta USB originally, as I am only interested in Supersport 2.
2. It was SO unreliable, I ended up breaking it (not my proudest moment, but I wouldn't even sell it to my enemy)
3. Got DSTV Drifta (one that works on iphone), thinking it would be better, it wasn't
By now my only alternative was premium package @ R590 pm (WELL PLAYED!)
4. Phoned prior to buying premium. Call centre said I CAN use it as a holiday decoder since my Drifta will be the "primary decoder", which is therefore allowed.
5. Got DSTV premium. When activating, said I CAN'T use as holiday decoder, as drifta doesn't qualify.
6. Spoke to manager. Agreed to make exception cause I was falsely informed.
7. Tried to register on DSTV site to switch decoder on/off as I please. Doesn't sent any verification emails.
8. Still today I have to CALL to switch decoder on/off. NO CALL UNDER 10 MINS. LAST CALL TOOK 25 MINS!

Please learn BASIC economic principles! Huge demand = creation of supply. How do you not get this? Just cause you're the sport-viewing monopoly doesn't mean you must wipe your on your customers! Call centre staff friendly, but ur system is fundamentally flawed
