U cant get hold of the if you need help

Am not very happy customer, first for all my acc its due on the first of every month, AM working in florida, multichoice they recomend their customers to pay the account at pick n pay or pep etc etc, tried to pay my account since monday from those outlests but guess what they are off line tried to call multichoice I spent like 35 minutes listing to their IVR was trying to tell the m to give me till saturday then i will go and pay it at absa but guess what didnt get through to someone i listien to the ivr till get tired and drop the line because its eating my airtym, can please someone high contact me my reference num for my account number is 83093246 and if they can stop my dstv am telling you am gonna take this matter to ombuds man trust me, for the first time in my life have experice service like this
