Disgusting and Unacceptable Service

Sunday, 29th September 2013, we went to go watch Runner Runner at Irene Mall. The cinema staff are extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. No one assisted us when we had problems with the card as they no longer assist you at the counter if you are paying with a card. The staff at the eats and drinks are just as rude and unpleasant to talk to. The Lady that assisted us did not even greet us after we said hello, we then said we want to buy jelly beans and said we may not because it is part of the smurfs special, I then said to here then please can we have the smurf special she then did it but was moaning the whole time.
