Yesterday Thursday 10 October 3pm show we watched runner runner (i took half a day to watch the movie as weekends its to full). Watched 15 minutes of the movie and the picture and sound was really bad I asked the people that take the tickets to please help but nothing happened my pregnant wife said lets rather leave it.
I have never seen and heard such bad sound quality for a movie. I am shocked as cinema 12 is really bad. In future I will rather go to Ster Kinekor even though I have a clicks and a casino card to get a discount. Wake up and start delivering a service and put the clients first.
