Broken chair in cinema

Me, my wife and two friends watched Hunger Games on Sunday evening, 1 December, in Cine 5 at Tygervalley Ster Kinekor. The seat I was assigned to was broken and felt like it was coming loose from its hinges.

Also, as a secondary complaint I am amazed that a large cinema like this does not have card machines at the refreshment counter. Not sure if it was only out of order on Sunday. And the amount of staff/space available to serve at the refreshment counter is far too little/small to serve the vast amount of customers. You always stand in a long cue at the Tygervalley cinema refreshments counter.
