Disgusted

I went to watch This Is 40 last night and I was disgusted when buying popcorn and something to drink, first of all there was no one behind the counter when I went there both staff members were in the bathroom, then when ordering they were rude and were not willing to ensure that customer satisfaction was reached, there was nothing in stock of any reasonable size then you pay R16.00 for a 350ml slush which is disgusting, when I ordered some sweets they were thrown on the counter. Once in the movie and it started the quality was disgusting something I would never expect this sort of thing from ster-kinekor they then restart the movie after it has been playing for 10 minutes and it takes then a further 10 minutes to get it going and in that time there was no apology from any staff member. I am really and truly disgusted in the way that ster-kinekor east rand mall handled there patrons.
