Holiday totally spoiled with preperations for a fu

We are clients who frequent sun city vacation club a few times a year, owning many timeshares on the resort. My family and I hired 2 challets on the weekend of 26-29 May 2013. The Valley of the waves was horribly blocked off, we didn't have shade to sit in and the construction work was an eye-sore. The resort was covered with big trucks, many times causing traffic delays. As frequent guests, we expect to be informed of such occurences when we book/ before we arrive so we can be expecting it as well as have the option to change to another less interrupted weekend. We feel cheated by Sun City and are very disappointed!
On top of that, the one challet we were renting (546) had an oven with a broken rail, no oven tray as well as a broken bottom rack in the dishwasher!
