Is Brooklyn mall getting worse?

We went to Brooklyn's Ster Kinekor to watch the movie Runner Runner recently. It's a bit farther for us than Menlyn, but we go there because the service is superior. Only this time, we had a terrible experience. We came for the morning movie, because we have children and therefor very limited time. There were only one lady selling the tickets AND the refreshments - ONE!! There were several people in front of us in the que and needless to say we lost lots of time. Should I go back to Menlyn?
