Ster Kinekor - Double Standards and Rude Managers

On the 30th April my family and I went to Ster Kinekor N1 City to purchase tickets for Iron Man 3. The teller told me she was not able to sell tickets for my 2 boys because they were not 10 years old. I asked to speak with the manager. She was a coloured woman with bushy hair. Her approach was abrupt. We explained that we previously watched The Avengers and Ultimate Spiderman at their cinema with no problems. She asked me if I could remember who assisted me. How is this relevant? I walked away. I called the Ster Kinekor call centre and asked for the manager to call me. She explained that the age restriction is not set by them and that they had to follow the rules. On Wednesday I was Cape Gate Mall and popped in at Ster Kinekor. Would you believe that in the queue, waiting to enter the cinema 2 to watch Iron Man 3 was a boy that was not even 7 years old? What double standards. How do I know this boy's age? They stay in my area and I know his mom. I was and still am furious with the way we were treated by the manager at N1 City Mall and with the Ster Kinekor's double standards. We watch all our movies at Ster Kinekor, now I don't think we will continue to support them.
