Sorry State of affairs at Ster Kinekor

Had the misfortune of visiting the SterKinekor, Bayside cinema on Sunday. (Runner, Runner 3.15pm show). Both my wife and I were unable to sit on our allocated seats as they were completing broken. The cinema looked like a dump, with broken light covers and fittings. No manager was available as was to be expected. No wonder people are rather staying at home and watching Box Office on DSTV. I will forward my complaint to Vitality as well, seeing that as a Diamond member this is not exactly the benefits I subscribe to.
