Ster-Kinekor
Very unhappy

My girlfriend and I decided we would go and see "The Conjuring" on the 30th of September at the the Ster-Kinekor at the East Rand Mall. We are frequent movie watchers and East Rand Mall Ster-Kinekor is our favourite cinema as the staff are usually friendly and helpful, the facilities always clean and fellow customers always considerate.

With that being said, after purchasing our ticket we began waiting in line for pop corn and other treats, being three in the afternoon we were second in line, yet still waited ten minutes. When we were served the lady at the counter began talking to her co-worker WHILE we were ordering before TELLING us to go to the other counter opposite hers.
when we finally got into the theatre the floor under our seats was disgusting, sticky and full of stuff!
the group of ladies behind us refused to stop making noise the entire movie, in a scary movie I can expect some gasps and maybe a scream or two, but shouting "Nee! don't go in there" and laughing etc is uncalled for. On complaint about this, NOTHING was done.
I was also nearly forced to not enter the movie as my Vitality card did not have my picture, how is this my fault seeing as YOU issued it?!
