I moved into a house that had all the connections installed already, I simply had to plug the TV And Decoder in and phone the call centre to re-activate the account. I had to phone a few times to activate various things on the decoder and eventually we worked out that the signal wasn't strong enough because we hadn't connected the aerial cables properly at the back of the decoder. Every time I phoned the people that answered were extremely knowledgable, not to mention polite and courteous and very patient! I must say I was hugely impressed.
