Damaging of personal property

I bought a pvr decoder on 08/03/2013, so they told me it (the pvr) has a 3 month warranty, my box office nothing worked on the pvr so I called multichoice heidelberg on a thursday they told me they can send somebody out on tuesday but never made it so wednesday I called them and they say they will come today (tuesday) the MANAGER came out and he told me his people won't put up my dish as it is, and I told him the dish was on they only put on a new cable and something on the front of the dish so he told me they won't cover me for that 3months I told him it was fine just check for me what's wrong with my pvr I will pay so he check and when he was finished he told me everything was right and asked me how am I gonna pay him, I told him I didn't have cash on me, as I tought the decoder was on a warranty, when I asked him can I call my husband to bring me money, he rushed angry into my home ripped out my cables and went outside my home went to the dish slamed the dish so I don't have signal and rushed off leaving the kids and pets in danger as he speed out of my yard..
