We have been struggling with the box office function since the day it started. At the begining we made payments that I've got proof of on my absa internet banking that we made for movies then if we want to watch a movie it says insufficient funds. Then about a month ago I changed to FNB and they said its much quicker if you pay through FNB they get the payment within 5 minutes. We made a R50 payment and waited an half hour then send the code and still we get the message insufficient funds. My husband phoned them then suddenly the payment showed. Then we only watched one movie. A few weeks after that we wanted to watch another movie hoping the problem was sorted out but no. I phoned them they said there is somekind of problem and I must phone them back later after being on the phone for more thant 30 minutes on my cost of airtime for them not being competent to just get me the movie. I said its fine Im not going to phone back because its costing me money that I dont have extra off. 2 days later they phoned us back saying the problem was solved. Last night we tried again to watch a movie. STILL GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE!!! Tried phoning none of the numbers working or they dont answer.
