WRONGFULLY CHARGED ON DEBITORDER

I open the full channels for 9 days since my GRANNY past away and we ALL had to go home. I only open this account because the viewing in BERSIG on normal channels is not that good for my mum and dad, DSTV bill me R771 because I didn't phoned 3days prior to my debitorder to cancel. WHY charged full amount if they said it is R20.84 per day. PLEASE DSTV just refund me
