BAD SERVICE, NO RESPONSE TO SMS AND E-MAIL

I received an sms from multi choice for interest in upgrading my Multi choice/Dstv package. I want to upgrade my DSTV package from COMPACT view to DSTv EXTRA view. On Saturday 7 Sept '13, I send and sms to confirm my interest for the upgrade. Message received from them: We will contact you shortly... On Tuesday evening 10 Sept '13 after no news received from them, I logged onto their website and contacted them directly via their contacts supplied. Again they replied with: We will contact you shortly... Today, 12 Sept '13, still no word from them received. And, on the 11th Sept '13 they send me an sms to say that my new Decoder care contract could not be e-mailed to me as my e-mail address is wrong. They are so quick to take your money from your bank via debit order, or cancel if you don't pay, but cannot even help you, and that after they sent you an sms to confirm your interest for this upgrade package. Question is:? Can they read properly as they cannot get my e-mail to me? Do they know how to contact you and answer accordingly? Do they know how to push the correct buttons to get you connected or do they 1st need to source someone more experienced? THIS IS POOR POOR SERVICE...
