DSTV failing on promises made

Very very unhappy with Dstv... I cancelled my subscription about 4 weeks ago because I was relocating. I was told by the consultant that my subscription would still go off my bank account on the 27th and then be paid back at the beginning of the month. I phoned last week to find out why the money was not paid back yet and was told that I had to basically apply to have the money paid back... I was unhappy and spoke to a supervisor assured me the money would be in my account within 7 days. I phoned back today to ask why the money wasn't in my account yet and was told that the journal had been rejected... I was then told by the supervisor today that they were putting in a new application and that it would take up to 14 days? Amazing that when you don't pay your dstv account on time that they are quick to be on your case but if you just want money paid back to you that is yours anyway, that you have to basically beg to get it back. Promises not kept. Not happy at all...
