I've been sending this e-mail for 2 days without getting any response: .

1. How can Multichoice just take money of my bank on 25/08/2013 without me authorizing any debit order? This have now resulted in DSTV being paid 3 times this month... I am financially strained and work according to a strict budget. I need my money that you've taken illegally out of my bank account to be paid back not later than tomorrow!! Please pay it in to the Capitec account that you've have taken it from...

2. Please refer to the note on your system wrt calls we've made to DSTV requesting Extra-view to be activated... in the meantime an incompetent staff member activated a 2nd subscription on my name and now I'm being charged for 2 full bouquets!!!

You are putting me under enormous strain and stress because I need my money to settle other accounts by Friday. R1213.89!
