Cancelled account - still paying!!!

I phoned Multichoice in mid-Sept to cancel my account. I asked the lady to cancel my account. She wanted to do it immediately, but I had already paid for Sept as my debit order goes off on the first of each month. I asked her to cancel it so that Sept would be my last month. Reference nr for that call 1410173597. She promised that I would not be billed for Oct. On 29 Sept, my DSTV was disconnected. But on 2 Oct, debit order went off for Oct. DSTV is disconnected, so I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I phoned again last week, ref nr for call 141804618. This lady promised that the money would be paid back into my account. Until today, no money has been paid back to me. Please pay back the money into my bank account ASAP.
