Early bird specials - misleading advertising

I received an sms yesterday to say I can book for an early bird special for the Seether concert at Markspark. This morning when I wanted to book this ticket, it said 'sold out'. Nowhere on the sms did it state that there was a limited amount of early bird tickets, I understood it to mean if you book before a certain date, you get the discount. This is misleading advertising.
