A week ago I logged a complaint about being overcharged on my DSTV account / debit order. One week later and I haven't heard anything, are you even going to bother looking into my query, call re-number 139579066. Don't bother telling me again that if I have a query I can email to you on [Email Removed] because I have also done this case number 3969658, and surprise surprise, also no response from this either. I have reversed the ridicules amount you put through on the debit order, please correct your mistake, give me the correct amount I must pay and I will gladly pay it but I will not stand for being overcharged by more than a R1000. What is your normal turnaround time to sort out queries, if it is 1 week then you really need to pull your socks up, this is unacceptable to say the least. Sort it out, give me the correct amount so I can pay you.
