Having spent 3 days and hours in the phone with one incompetent call centre after another I am at wits end. All I needed to do was reactivate a decoder and add extraview. The first call centre person who spoke to me as if I was the village took 45 minutes and just gave up saying it was an installation problem. Not. The second person got some of the channels activated but this morning I got an error 16, because it needed extraview. How about calling or emailing me to tell me? Too much technology? Much easier just to cut someone off, better than a call me function. Later today I get a message to pay R500 and a reactivation fee. It was never suspended, and none of the call centre people could tell me what was happening on the account. It took 4 different call centre agents eventually saying it was a 'system error and please ignore it' Wonderful, just waiting for them to debit it off my account. I only have one word. PATHETIC
