Why so difficult to update my account

I want to cancel the insurance on my decoder as well as remove the DRIFTA decoder from my profile for the umpteenth time. I can't speak to one person to do this, I have to speak to three different departments (after already waiting for the original call to be answered) I then have to wait again between each transfer.
This is a ridiculous process to begin with and then on top of everything else, the the call got cut before I could complete the request with the second consultant!
I refuse to waste my time any further on this. Please ensure that the above requests are completed URGENTLY and backdated to the date I made the request. I have sent another email today requesting this once again to [Email Removed] The original request was made via the website on Thursday or Friday from my profile.
