On Wednesday 13 Feb 2013 at 23h27 Multichoice decided to update firmware. As of Thursday morning my secondary decoder complained about waiting for communication from the Primary decoder. My kids told me this on Thursday after the call centre closed so I decided to call them on Friday. Friday afternoon I made the call and 45 frustrating minutes later the problem was not solved and I decided to leave it for the next day. Saturday was quite busy and I tried again on Sunday. Another hour of my life wasted with these guys. They could get the second decoder going, but could not send a pin to the screen, and disonnected the second decoder again. After three attempts I asked that a supervior call me.

What thy tell me is that because they have a problem on their system, and cannot send a pin, they have to disonnect me. Ridiculous!!!
