Please remove your store from my credit profile

Good Day,

I was a victim of last year. An account was opened in my name
with your store. I then contacted your store in order to sort this
issue out, to your credit, the account was closed. However, the
account still reflects on my TransUnion credit profile. I made a call
to 021 460 2400 on 21 September 2012 to request that Identity be
removed from my credit profile since I never had such an account. The
response I got was that such a request would be sent to the credit
bureaus. The problem is that, the Identity record is still on my
credit profile even today 03/10/2013. Could you kindly remove your
store's account from my credit profile?
