Bad Attitude security gaurd

My granddaughter was soooo excited to celebrate her birthday at 'Golden City' as she calls it with family and her little friend that turn out to be very dramatic for the little one because of bad attitude from Thomas the security guard.

We were eleven adults and ten kids was inform from the cashier that only five kids needs to pay which we did got to the security Thomas and and lady guard discuss in their language that the younger kids should also pay trying to explain that the guy at the cashier saw all the kids and only charge for the bigger kids.

He made such a scene that the little one got such a fight they started to cry because he kept on saying they are calling the police. After about a hour a gentleman come and said we may go in but the whole day was ruin especially for my granddaughter who is only three and was looking soo forward to spend her birthday at 'Golden City'

Not sure if she will ever want to go back to ''Golden City''
