Ushake Easter Egg Hunt a Huge Disappointment

Today my husband and I took our 3 kids to participate in this easter hunt. It cost us R100 each. From the start we just had one bad experience after the next. From it being very disorganised, having to wait for 2 hours in queues. To Staff with bad attitude and not being able to help. To adults being allowed to hunt for eggs when they don't have kids. We left with nothing as our kids were pushed aside and shoved around by bullying adults who would deliberatley push the kids out the way to get eggs. All these 'childless adult ' left with bags full of eggs and the kids got nothing. Looking at the facebook page it seems that everybody was unhappy about there experience. The dolphin show was a joke as well as they had more of a talemt show than a dolphin show. This was not aimed for kids but rather for adult-kids! I also complained to them that there advertising was unclear as we originally only bought tickets for the kids and not the adults thinking that it was for kids only and were told that we will have to wait outside while the kids hunt with no adult supervision. Really Ushaka - it seems that you have become a big money making organisiation and are forgetting your customers!
