Almost ran 2 kids ove

We were driving to work when 2 kids ran in front of our car. the on site security did nothing to help these 2 kids ages roughly 3 and 5. when i contacted the principle she became rude and shifted the blame. kids are supposed to have adult supervision and whats the security there for? is this the safety of our kids? i hope to see action taken against this school.
