MOST PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR

On Saturday the 17 August 2013 my kids and I went to Shoprite in Ridgeway. As we entered we saw the security guard holding a child and I had approached him and found out why is the child crying. He said to me that he 2 Airwaves Bubblegum.i had volunteered to pay BUT the security guard never gave it o the child but said its now his. I told him that I am sorry I am not paying for something that you are going to take, I than said to him call the childs parents and refund my money. His attitude is PATHETIC.i had to fill out a refund slip and give a reason why, as I was speaking to the security the cashier on the other end speaking in her Zulu language says that I think that I am too clever and i did respond as I had understood what she said. After filling out all the necessary particulars i took my kids and walked out only to see that now the Supervisor is taking the same book that i had filled out and showing this Cashier which I found to be rather disturbing. If I had any other option i would never shop there. When I asked the supervisor for the manager she said that he was on leave. PLEASE UNDERSTAND I AM NOT CONDONING AS IT IS A SERIOUS OFFENCE.BUT...
