DRIFTA DOES NOT WORK

I bought the DRIFTA at promotional stand during the Easter Show of 2013. The unit did I not work even after seeking help from DSTV. Suspicious that the problem is with my location in Northwold, Randburg I tried to connect at a much closer place near the DSTV facility on Republic Road. The same happened. I then contacted DSTV again who to their commendable service exchanged the unit with a new one. But to my surprise the new unit still doesn't work.

I am sure this DSTV DRIFTA does not work.
