Wrong information bean given with about my HD PVR

On 24-07-2013 i received a call from multichoice with regards to my account. The lady said that she can see that i have an HD PVR and that the hd pvr viewing has been activated and she claimed that i can activate my my full hd pvr functionality (pause, rewind, record) using the normal cable. i then told her that that cant be as i was told that you need a second cable for that other features thus the reason that i have not activated it yet. as i don't have money to pay for that installment. she then convinced me that i do not need that second cable, and that you have new technology that will allow me to have full functionality true one cable. i the fore agreed. for a hole month i have not been able to use any of the additional features yet even tho they deducted the money for that fetchers already. i went to multichoice today (08-09-2013) and they told me that i do need that second cable and that it is not possible that i can use only one cable. i then ask them to then disable the added fetcher as i can not use it. but they can not do anything about the money that was deducted. when i got home i found out that now i can not even hatch any hd channels witch i had no problems viewing.
