No family day!!!

We wanted to spend the day with our kids aged 4 & 8 as this is the school vacation. After entering, little did we realise that we will be seperated the entire day!!! the game areas for the kids are on either side of the park. my husband had to take my daughter and i had to take my son to the kids area. we only met for lunch at the food court!!! My son was not even allowed on the FAMILY RIDES!!! IF YOU ADVERTISE FOR FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE AS ADVERTISED!!! it was a sure waste of money as the kids did not enjoy themselves. false advertising is a criminal offence!!!
