Disgusting approach to parents with kids at sale

We decided to go to the Revlon tent sale at Primrose directly after a school function on Saturday the 30th of November 2013. The security guard at the entrance on behalf of Kalvest security had a totally disgusting attitude regarding children. I do understand that kids under 12 are not allowed dues to the laws but I do have set of twins who entered 12 in October thereby making them over 12. the security guard and Ricky only allowed the one twin after the report card with date of birth shown but she was adamant that only one kid will be allowed as he is shorter than his twin sister and the excuse was " what would the other parents say". the amazing part of this ordeal is the total lack of professionalism by staff of a huge corporate in south Africa.
I was so disgusted and so were other parents as the security guards still passed cynical comments to the kids even when they were waiting at the entrance.

due to this ordeal, I even cut short my shopping and left a supposed sale early which I looked forward to due to the inefficiencies by ground level staff and the amazing part is that no manager was available to discuss the matter at hand
