Still no refund

I called DSTV on the 19/08/13 to set up a debit order. The agent confirmed that the first debit order will only go off on the 25/09/13 and that I must pay cash on the 25/08/13 as they first need to verify with the bank. So I paid cash on the 25/08/13 and on that very same day, DSTV debited my account too. So I basically paid x2. Seriously? I called to find out whats going on, on the 26/08/13 and they lady confirmed that I will get a refund and this will take up to 7 working days, its now been 8 working days and still no refund. This is unacceptable!
