Unauthorized deduction

I have endless problems with dstv and their payment deductions! So after a long time of paying cash I switched to debit order. Payment due this month is R611 and I do not know why dstv found it necessary to debit me with R1297. This is unacceptable!!! I am on the verge of cancelling this subscription due to endless accounts issues. I want the balance reversed into my account today!
