Carnnival City Sterkinkor - Pathetic Service

So I go to the 9:30am show this morning at Ster-Carnival City. Only to find not a single staff member in sight. After calling and even phoning the movie house number (with no answer at all) A kiosk teller arrives with the cash float. Fantastic, then he tells me they off line and he does not know what to do about swiping my kinekor card. So I pay cash and tell him he can swipe the card after the movie. Great now I can see my movie. No you can't, why because after 20 minutes these clowns cannot get the sound to work. So I insist to see the manage. Who spend another 10 minutes trying to do the operators job.By this time I could catch snakes. Got my refund and the manager comes running with a comp ticket for me. Told him it would not be used at Carnival City because they useless. No wonder they have so many complaints on this site...
