Good day...

Last month I have reported this problem and this is the response I have received from DSTV:

"Hello HeinrichMeyer123,

We have requested for the relevant department to transfer the payment to the correct account and close the account that is not in use and payments are going into. We have also reversed R50.00 reconnection fee.

Our subscribers also have the option of activating a debit order facility on their MultiChoice account. This is a convenient method of payment which also provides an incentive of R2.28 on every successful debit order deduction.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard

Please note that this has NOT been rectified and it has happened again. I want to know from them why they did not rectify the problem? They have only sent this reply to pacify me and to clear themselves with Hello Peter. They did not actually attend to it.
