I went out to watch a movie at Mont Casino where I wanted to watch The Hobbit, after paying my ticket I went to the Cinema as directed on the ticket. Much to my surprise when the movie started it was something completely different Ronin47 First I thought I should stand up and go and search for the correct movie but because I would have missed some part of Hobbit I sat down. After the Movie I went to one of the people who then took me where I paid. The lady which I suppose was the supervisor did not even speak one word to me or to apologise. I had to fill in a form and she gave me the money. still no apology. I then phoned the customer service nr and was given a nr to call for complaints. Called the nr and was put through where I reached a voicemail, Left a message and this is now day 2 of me not receiving a call. Very disappointed in the service I have received. I think next time I will rather choose to go to a Ster Kinekor instead
