I was deducted 3 times for 1 thing

Myself and my girlfriend visited Ster Kinekor-East gate, Sunday 18 August 2013 to watch a movie in the afternoon. We got to the popcorn counter, I ordered the double take combo (1). When i presented my VISA card, the cashier told me that her card machine was not working and we had to use another one, she took me down to the very end terminal where she swiped my card, the transaction was approved on my side and R99.90 deducted... she then advised me that on her system, the transaction had not gone through, i tried explaining to her that it was approved on my side, to which she insisted that it didnt go through because the popcorn was not listed on that terminal. she advised that she needed to do it again, to which the same thing happened, R99.90 was approved on my account, but her system did not accept it.

The manager by name of Derick was on duty, he came to assist, and the same thing happened when he tried it, R99.90 deducted off my account, but the system did not accept it. In short 3 x R99.90 was deducted off my account and do date, after numerous follow ups from myself and no one getting back to me, the money has not been reversed, im now forced to use this channel, pls help!
