As a mvg member i received a free holiday to the wild coast sun, after being on hold for 30 min i got transferred to a consultant who took my booking. He said he would email my booking confirmation which he did followed with another email with his cv attached saying that he believes i am in the recruiting business and can i get him a new job and he will make sure we get a decent room. I have sent numerous emails to the person requesting information to get rates for breakfast and dinner as i would like to pay that in advance, but no one is returning my emails now. So i am concerned now that my booking has not been made and it will be very embarrassing rocking up at the hotel with no booking for my partner and myself.
