1200 characters are not sufficient too list my various issues, suffice to say, attempting to get them resolved is almost mission impossible! Let's try through this forum with a bullet list:

* Work overseas and disconnected DSTV in Oct 2011. Was in credit at the time and customer service agent confirmed credit amount would be applied on my re-connection. It has NOT been.
* I was promised a free decoder & smartcard swap via email. When my wife went to do this, was charged R510!
* My wife reconnected DSTV while she was in SA, had to return twice to activate the "2nd" channel on the PVR.
* Had to make several calls to activate / confirm details / request services. All calls have a waiting time in excess of 15 - 20 mins (again at further cost to us) Average call R40 - R50.
* Have captured 3 complaints / queries on the online "customer care" portal listing the same points as above. Have had no feedback.
* Trying to disconnect DSTV again and prevent further charges (despite already being overcharged) as my wife has returned overseas. Calling through to "2222" numbers holding forever & then call dropped.

No surprise that 99% of feedback on this forum are negative / complaints!!
