Cannot Activate My DSTV!!!

I have been trying to get my DSTV working since 25 March to date 25 April with no luck. Phoned DSTV and clocked around 4 hrs of calling time only to be sent from one department to another. I contacted Hillcrest Home Entertainment and they identified it could be my decoder that is faulty die to recent lightning damage. I replacement my decoder and them the situation got worse. I phoned to activate my DSTV and Smartcard to be told i am on a Staff Policy for some reason and cannot be assisted over the phone but have to send an email to [Email Removed] as i eventually did. No reply no response but DSTV advises me that it could take up to 5 days to activate my account again. I also got a little Drifta with my decoder only to find this has to be activated in the same manner! Im a premium subscriber with Extra view enabled and this apparently needs additional assistance once all the other matters have been cleared up. PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST! Shocking shocking, there is no contact no for this department. What poor service. Paying for nearly 2 month inc my holiday since 5 March for no service!
