I contacted the call centre December 2012 to go onto a prepaid system, having not used the service for a year. The consultant gave me the easy steps and it advised it would be connected. The voucher was purchased. After loading the voucher, nothing happened and it showed technical query. SMS was send to activate and I had to contact your call from my cell phone (MY AIRTIME) with the same query and could then view. Then I received sms in January that my voucher will expire in 5 days, another one my voucher will expire in 2days. Then on 20/1/2012 my toptv services was suspended. So I purchase a voucher yesterday and had to go through the whole procedure again (MY AIRTIME) but this time problem was not solved, was just told my decoder is faulty and I must purchase a new one. Is this going to happen everytime you purchase a voucher and use my airtime to contact the help desk Please explain to me cause this is the second time and I am now fed up, really disappointed with Top-tv
