For 4 weeks we've had about half of our channels unavailable. After calling twice, I decided that the frustration was not worth it and that I would have to make do. Then all of a sudden last week, everything stopped being recorded completely so we phoned multichoice again on the weekend and they told us they had resolved both issues. We got back all of our channels, but now when our recordings are put in the playlist, they are only recorded for 0 minutes and an error comes up saying the recording was cancelled.
I cannot believe that I am paying almost R700 per month and I can categorically say that I got nothing for that R700 this past month. I still have no recordings coming through and multichoice refuses to send anyone through to have a look at it. To top off the frustration, on our fourth call, an agent named Daniel was very rude to my husband and when my husband asked to speak to a supervisor on duty, the agent put him on hold indefinitely. After 5 minutes we hung up the call. I guess we are partly to blame because we continue paying R700 per month for shocking service as well as effectively no product that fulfills our requirements. Something we'll need to consider closely
