Good day. I am subscribed to Datv premium with recording. I have not been able to record or view all channels. I have called the call center 4 times regarding the clearing of error codes, sending of signals etc, none the less the problem was to not resolved. Considering I pay R30 a day in order to record and view all channels yet I get the same service as people paying R30 a month. It's been a week with this going on, so I called and asked the call center to cancel the premium and cancel the recording since I'm paying for them but not getting it in any case. I had paid R850 for this month, but now I'm on a bouquet that costs R30 for the month (not bad when combined with OVHD and TopTv - between the 3 it's actually no bad and I can hire movies works out cheaper and gives more variety) now I want to know, how do I get my refund of the money I had paid? Since I was paying R850 but now paying R30? Kind regards
