Hi, 6 months ago I payed my Dstv account over the Internet using my ID number as reference. Now since then I pay my Dstv on time using my credit card, but I still get cut off because I still "owe" R494 " on my account.

This is not acceptable since I did speak to numerous agents over the phone and went in the multichoice branch in Lynwood gift acres and spoke to the supervisor Lebo Sebiya.

For the past 6 months since 12 July 2012 I have been battling to get this resolved to no avail. Can some one please help?

I have a proof of payment that I submitted to the branch, but the branch keeps telling me that multichoice is not picking up this query on their side even after Lebo Sebiya submitted it to them for the last 5 months.

Lebo is been amazing trying to resolve this, but it's clear that someone at multichoice is not doing their job.
